MAart Agency was established in 1991 in Warsaw as a limited liability company by a team of certified court translators and interpreters, and consultants of the State Labour Institute on Translation Standards and Professional Practices. From the very beginning the MAart management team demonstrated great dedication to quality and technology as well as management expertise. MAart Agency President, Monika Popiolek, is a graduate of the University of Warsaw English Institute (MA), Executive MBA Programme at the University of Warsaw Technology Business School (joint programme with London Business School, HEC Paris, NHH Bergen – MBA degree with distinction), and a PhD Management Programme at the College of Business Administration of the Warsaw School of Economics (specialization in strategic quality management), and an expert in EN 15038 and ISO quality standards.
