
We will be happy to work with translators and revisers who, in addition to any knowledge they may have in the areas identified, provide relevant evidence of translation experience, demonstrate ease and speed of typing and are ready to develop their skills and use computer assisted translation tools, and in case of interpreters, demonstrate relevant practice.
In accordance with the EN15038 standard we use, prospective translators and interpreters should:
Translators meeting the above conditions are requested to register with the Agency’s BusinessPortal by completing a special form. In the event of any problems or queries associated with the registration process, please e-mail Kinga Knap (k [dot] knap [at] maart [dot] pl (k [dot] knap [at] maart [dot] pl)), responsible for translator recruitment.
During the following registration stages (on receipt of confirmation and a link required to continue), please complete the next steps of the registration by uploading your CV and other relevant documents confirming your qualifications (including scans of diplomas and/or certificates), and references, if any.
The recruitment procedure provides for translators completing a brief test translation (1-2 pages) and for interpreters showing up for a brief interview.
Note: the above requirements apply to all candidates.
TRANSLATORS
Translation samples will be sent and returned electronically and their subject matter will reflect the areas of expertise indicated during the registration process.
Accepted candidates will receive further information on the terms and conditions of cooperation with MAart Sp. z o.o.
Declined candidates will not be provided with any feedback on the quality of the translation sample completed. In some cases, however, requests may be submitted to receive from the Agency a translation sample from a different domain.
INTERPRETERS
Candidates for interpreters will be invited telephonically for an interview to the Agency’s office.
If the outcome of the interview is positive, the candidates will be informed on the Agency’s terms and conditions of cooperation.
Declined candidates will not be provided with any additional feedback.
